Should I wear red, white, blue for the fourth of July? I am 25 and will be hanging out with friends and family

We are going to the gulf coast for a fishing rodeo, bike fest, casino, fireworks, etc. I am thinking of dark wash jeans with layered red and white tanks and a cute purse that has red white and blue hearts flowers and peace signs. Is it to much?
