Christmas gift ideas?

I still need to buy my younger sister (14) a Christmas present, and I have no idea what to get her. It can't be very expensive, probably under 2 to 300 AUD. She loves reading, art, music (listening to it + singing and her cello), history, writing, photography, clothing, and cooking. What she wanted was a proper camera, but I can't afford it, and she said that she wants me to surprise her. She doesn't want any new books or giftcards, so I have no idea what to do. Help!!
