I work for an isted living center as a companion to one elderly woman. I do not get paid by the isted living center. I get paid by the elderly woman's family. This is an upscale isted living center and it costs around $2,500 to $3,500 per month to live there. Included in the cost of the monthly rent to live there is meals, a room to live in, housekeeping, and someone to take you to Dr. appointments in a limousine, etc. Well, the question I have is this: Some of the workers have been taking advantage of me. Well, I have let them to some extent, but now I am tired of it. I only come 4 days per week, 3 hours at a time. Whenever "Donna" has an appointment, and they see me. they stop me and ask me to take her to her appointment that same day and yesterday, they even asked me to go get her medications for her. This is not my job and the isted living center is not paying me for her meds or driving her to her appointments. I have tried to work out a deal with them where they drive me and her to her appointments if they give me notice in advance, and one time one of the girls was snooty to me because I did not make an appointment with her to take her to her next appointment. How should I handle this? I am at the point of next time they ask me and do not give me any prior knowledge of her appointments or call me ahead of time, telling them No, I will not take her to her appointment or go with her unless I am giving prior knowledge and that is if I can. I work another job besides this one and I am extremely busy. Not explaining and not getting mad. I do not know how to handle this situation. Any ideas other than mine?

Generally speaking, the higher the quality of the components, the less wobble you will see. On inexpensive bikes there is often quite a bit . This is not always a problem, although years ago I worked on a line of cheap bikes the store I worked in carried. The cogs wobbled so much the the chain would jump back and forth from one cog to another. Old style freewheels did this also, even some fairly good quality ones. Why does my back hurt when I take a deep breath?

I have been on two antibiotics and a steriod inhaler. I am 18 years old and very fit, I play basketball about every single day. I have really bad allergies and have pretty bad drainage because of it. I have had an x-ray to check for pneumonia, and it was negative. It has been hurting for probably about a month now. When I take a deep breath, it hurts in my upper/mid back on the left side. Loosing such tiny amount of weight happens to everyone, as long as you keep eating as well as it seems you are I wouldn't worry if I were you. Loosing or Gaining between 1-2 kg in a few days is normal. If i weigh myself in the morning I'm 59kg, in the evening I'm sometimes 62kg. This just has to do with day to day change. Some days you may be more bloated, some days you may retain more water. This is why you should always weigh yourself in the morning, naked, after going to the bathroom and before eating anything. If you continue to loose weight on the same diet then you can always ask a doctor if you should be concerned.

Why do I vomit when I start eating after being hungry?

I'm 19, 5'6", 105lbs., and female. I smoke cigarettes. I also drink alcohol and smoke marijuana on occasion. I have a very small appetite so I don't eat as often as I should. I mostly drink Dr. Pepper but half of my diet consists of fast food and half hamburger helper type meals at home. Sometimes, when I'm hungry, when I start eating I get nauseous and after a few bites I start vomiting. Also sometimes when I first wake up and smoke a cigarette after the first drag I get nauseous and if I continue to smoke I eventually start vomiting. Sometimes the smell of food cooking and smoke makes me nauseous. This has been going on almost my whole life so I know its not pregnancy. I have a pretty violent cough and always have, sometimes if I cough a lot I start coughing up a lot of phlegm and sometimes I vomit. I've lost about 15lbs. in the last year I don't know if that's connected. I don't feel like this every time. It comes and goes at a random rate. What's wrong with me?

I'd LOVE it, and I'd use it daily. Frequently I have to use CAPS when they aren't really necessary, because I can't use italics or underline ... as for the 'bold' I'd use that, too in many cases. Why do I tremble shake and have severe pain and dizziness when on my period?

I shake and get so dizzy that I can hardly walk and want to vomit. I have many bowel movements and have feelings like I need to urinate but I do not have to. I also often lose my hearing and end up crawling everywhere because I think I may p out, which doesn't happen unfortunately, because then I would at least be unconscious with the pain. I took a Pamprin, which did nothing, then Darvocet and prescription nausea pills, for the pain, but they barely helped. It also felt like my entire abdomen was on fire, from under my and to my hips, and it was the worst pain I've ever felt. There were cramps on top of it, but I barely noticed the cramps. It was just pain. I was too weak to talk and was all alone, but my roommate came home. I was extremely thirsty, so I drank and ate a cookie, and started feeling a little better. I slept for about 16 hours afterwards and took an iron supplement. My mother had endometriosis, and a hysterectomy but I have no health insurance.

Ok, before I get a bunch of people bashing my diet...I am 30 years old, I have 3 kids, I'm 5'4" and I weigh 205 pounds and I wear size 18. I used to be 135 and in size 7-8. My Dr. has prescribed me this medication because I am MORBID OBESE (at least that's what the chart on the back of the door said.) I have been taking phentermine for 2 weeks now, and ive only lost 9 pounds. The weight loss is NOT steady, I will lose 2 pounds and gain 3 back the next day. Im not hungry at all! I am forcing myself to eat so I don't put my body in starvation mode. Before the diet I probably ate more than 3000 calories a day. Now, since ive been on Phentermine,I try to eat about 1000. There has been days where I can only eat 500. What is the least I can eat that my body wont go into starvation mode. My diet has stalled and I don't know if im eating too much or too little. All the Dr. said to me when he wrote the prescription was "Watch your calorie intake but dont eat too less or you body will go into starvation mode."

Ok so I was sitting here thinking about this and i have a physical disability (cerebral palsy) which is not genetic and doesn't affect me mentally, just physically (I use a cane, and i recently got leg braces but idk if I am gonna actually WEAR them because they don't go good with UGGS, or anything except tennis shoes and i am a very fashion forward 20 year old girl). Anyways I was thinking about it and I am SO EFFING desperate for a baby and I feel like I am so desperate that it would be just my lucky (because I am such an unfortunate person in general) that I would finally get pregnant and have the baby of my dreams and then they would have like downs or something.. I got a contact lens exam at Walmart - trying to save a few bucks. I have been using OTC readers for several years, which work fine, but knew I needed an eye exam, and also wanted to try contacts. I was given 3 different pairs of contacts - multi-focal - to try, as well as an Rx for gles. With every single pair of the contacts my vision, both near and far, was very distorted; in fact, I could see BETTER without anything on my eyes than with any of the contacts! I got a refund for the contacts part of the exam - and I never filled the eyegl rx because the OTC readers I got work just fine. If I was given the correct lenses, in the correct strength or prescrpition, shouldn't the contact lenses have helped me to see? Would it have been this distorted, even after I tried wearing each pair for at least a week to "adjust"? I hate wearing gles for reading/computers, and I'm still interested in contacts but I don't want to go through this again. Any insight would be very appreciated!

1996 ford escort LTD problem?

my car doesn't like pulling off and slowing down, it seems to stall and doesn't like to start straight away. if im doing 60mph the engine will keep juddering loosing power and picking back up again. the fuel line is clear so that's not the problem. if i lift the bonnet and rev the engine using the leaver connecting to the throttle cable the leaver doest seem to return properly. when i first start the car it will idle ok and then the revs will drop after 30 seconds unill it stalls. also the car doesn't like cold starting. could this be a fuel pump problem?

Blood in my phlegm? Lung cancer?

I started smoking about 5 years ago when I was 15, I've been smoking almost non stop ever since, in the last year I've been smoking more than ever- at least one every hour, sometimes half an hour. However I went away to stay with my friend last week and had no ciggarettes for 3 days, then when I came home I started again! Last night my throat became quite sore and this morning when I woke up I had some phlegm in my throat with a very faint streak of blood in it, I thought nothing of it but its happened four times this morning, just a small thin streak of blood. I looked it up on google and the first thing hat came up is lung cancer. Call me paranoid but I keep thinking I might have it, I know I'm only young (21) but I really havn't taken care of myself for a long time and I'm wondering if not smoking for 3 days and then smoking so much straight away has caused something horribble. What are the chances of me having lung cancer? I havn't been coughing and I havn't had a cold or a mouth injury, so why blood? If a real doctor could answer my question I'd really appreciate it.

Dropped sidekick 2008 in liquid?!?!?!?!?

Ok.. So i was at a friends house and i dropped my sidekick in a cup of seagrams vodka. The cup was full so the phone was completely submerged:/..I immediately took the battery and sim card out, dried it for a few minutes with a paper towel and when i felt it was as dry as it was going to get, turned it bk on. Here is some quick background info. I have had really abnormal cycles since I came off of birth control. My husband and I started trying to get pregnant with baby #2 about a year ago. With these abnormal cycles it has been difficult to say the least. A few months ago we enlisted my ob/gyn to help us out. He prescribed clomid. I took the clomid the first month and then took the opk to try to pinpoint ovulation. I never got a positive opk, so I ume I didn't ovulate. But I also didn't start a period either. The doctor told me to take a pregnancy test and if it was negative I should take progesterone pills for 5 days and then try a higher dose of the clomid after I had a period. I took the test with a negative result and then took the pills. 2 weeks went by and no period. My doctor asked me to call him if I didn't get the period, which I am going to do tomorrow as soon as his office opens. Here is the big part. I was feeling kind of yucky the last few days and decided, just out of curiosity, to take another pregnancy test. In case that was the reason the progesterone pills didn't work. I fully expected a negative test, but I didn't get one. I got a positive test. And I'm thrilled!!! I am just worried about what the progesterone pills would have done to the baby. Will there be defects? A miscarriage? A healthy baby? I know the doctor will answer these questions, but as it is Sunday afternoon, I can't wait til Monday to get answers. Can anyone help me?

I would recommend replacing the neck with Warmoth "Pro" Replacement Strat neck. I can't tell you details because it is up to the player of the guitar to choose wood, tuner hole sizes, etc., but i would recommend just plain maple with rosewood fingerboard, and buying seperately a graphtech nut, and some locking tuners. this should add up to about $240. if that is too much, just replace the whole guitar. it is cheaper to buy electronics in a guitar, instead installing custom.

First blanketing. This will help them keep weight on, as they don't have to burn energy to produce heat. I don't think healthy adult horses that are in their prime should wear blankets, but foals and seniors definately should. The key is not to over blanket. I like to have a turnout sheet for when they are outside. Then in the barn and when its really cold, a stable sheet and fleece cooler or stable blanket should be underneath, or just those in the stall. This is most effective, because you can change layers depending on the weather. As for feeding, purina has a senior feed that many people reccomend. I don't know for the colt though. You can also give them some corn oil in their feed. I can't remember if its 1/4 cup or 1 cup, so you will have to look that up. And make sure to provide as much hay as they will eat.

I know of no Christian church that would refuse someone admittance into a church based on a naturally occurring birthmark unless it was located on an area of the body that should not be publicly uncovered. As a pastor, we have an open door policy that anyone is welcomed into our services regardless of their natural appearance or the way they are dressed. The only reason I can think of to refuse anyone mere "admittance" into a church would be if they had previously disrupted services out of malice or they had voiced their desire to injure or harm someone. I am uming by admittance that you mean "just attending the church service" and not becoming a member which would concern spiritual and theological matters. I charged a family members credit card about 15 grand wihtout his knowldege. I lived in New JErsey. He did not want to be responisble for this charge . HE reported incident to police . I guess it is now conisdered identity theft. THe credit card company refunded teh meony back to card and closed account he never has to pay for it. Now teh police know who made teh unauthorized charges. Meanwhile i moved to europe so i woudnt be questioned cause im uming i would go to jail for this as i used another persons card to make charges wihtout authorization.
