Is the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) a good, fair law OR a blatant Violation of Male's Human Right?

i agree that all feminist bills past in almost all the countries in the world have been a direct attack at men/Fathers and the family in general,i mean how has these laws helped our society because women are suffering more physically and mentally and also Innocent men are being put in jail because a woman is going through PMS and is angry, and almost every marriage ends in divorce, i don't know if today's opposite day for feminist and the american government because if it is then they are doing an Amazing job(sarcasm).Also getting to the supporters of the VAWA,the entire point of the feminist movement was created for money because i the whole equality thing isn't working for them also feminist and the governments are riding on this idea that all men are violent because its good for the economy because it gives lawyers work,it allows feminist to get funding(so they can fatten their 's),all the men ending up in jail because they can't pay alimony keeps the prison officers and police in work so i hope you see where i going with this cause i could go all night,so this i man-hating movement wasn't just something created for equality it was created for much much more.
