Is Obama racist or what?

Notice how Obama reacted after Katrina, the Harvard arrest (Professor Gates), and the way he acted now with BP....it seems he may be racist. It took him 50 odd days to meet with the BP CEO and he didn't give Jindal the materials for the sand dunes. He could have repealed the Jones Act, but didn't. What do you think? If the victims weren't white, I bet he would have acted more swiftly. I know this is cynical, but I don't know how this guy thinks to tell you the truth. If he's not a racist, he has definitely done a sub par job.
