Need External cd changer for Mercedes Benz MB audio 10 CC?

I have a mercedes benz C180. It has MB audio 10 CC fitted to it and i need an external cd changer which is compatible to it. The original Mercedes Benz cd changer too costly so i was thinking if cd changers from other companies like kenwood or pioneer would be compatible or not... Did anyone try this one out? I mean a different company cd changer to the Mercedes Benz audio system?
