Is it better to goto a Technical school for IT or a 4 year university?

I'm about to enroll in a Tech school that provides a bachelors degree with all Cisco, MS and Comptia + certs upon graduation. It seems like a good choice but i'm getting mixed opinions. Just looking for more opinions. What would you do if you wanted to advance your career in IT/Networking.
