If Y!A added a feature allowing you to create italic, bold, or underlined text would you use it?

I'd LOVE it, and I'd use it daily. Frequently I have to use CAPS when they aren't really necessary, because I can't use italics or underline ... as for the 'bold' I'd use that, too in many cases. I'm a psychologist, and I use these 'typing tools' when I am writing to 'make a point' ... sometimes people don't want to read my 'really long' answers, but if I could put things in 'other fonts' (bold, italic, or underline) it would 'attract them' to read more 'deeply' ... my answers are alway 'sincere' but I fear that much is 'lost' when they can't 'hear me' saying it verbally.
