Need any help with my Orlando 7 day 5 park adventure?

Me my wife, 17yr. old & 9yr. old are heading there 6-6-09 ~ 6-13. I have the flex tickets with 5 parks; Universal, Island Adventure, Wet-n-Wild, Sea World & Aquatic. Are the meal deals that you can purchase ahead of time really worth it? Any helpful ideas for any of these parks would be appreciated. Thanks.
