Team Fortress 2 Your Eternal Reward help?

I recently crafted a spy knife called "Your Eternal Reward". It seemed pretty cool, but I was sucking $*** at using it, and could only get a few kills. Could anyone give me any tips and their loadout suggestions for using this knife? I really wanted to use well.
