Can i still be pregnant if i am experiencing what i think is breakthrough bleeding?

My boyfriend and myself are hoping we are praying we are pregnant. My bc takes a month to three months to become effective and i was on it for six days and we had unprotected and he didn't pull out. Well i stopped taking the pill on the sixth day bc we are hoping I am pregnant, but I think I am experiencing breakthrough bleeding b/c of my pill. If i am going through this can i still be pregnant??
