Is it time to end the National Insurance scam?

I agree 100%.the only problem is gormless brown has spent every single penny and much more besides on stupid wasteful crap.basically he has to pay for his public servants(50% of them not needed but still rising every day)and other frankly hair brained schemes with every sneaky bit of tax money he can find.
