How soon after the election will Bushco insiders begin trading evidence in exchange for immunity?

As a trial lawyer,shouldn't Edwards use the ole "I'll prosecute those crooks" as a tool to win the white house,and don't you think it would work ? I'm sure,even after the pardons fall,a good lawyer could find something "new" to bring to the courthouse....(and everyone wants justice,right ?).
