Dropped sidekick 2008 in liquid?!?!?!?!?

Ok.. So i was at a friends house and i dropped my sidekick in a cup of seagrams vodka. The cup was full so the phone was completely submerged:/..I immediately took the battery and sim card out, dried it for a few minutes with a paper towel and when i felt it was as dry as it was going to get, turned it bk on. The little square showed for a while then the four squares then the first tmobile sign then nothing!!. and all attempts to cut it on after that failed because all i got was the one little grey square and then i jus took the battery out and gave up.I truly didnt kno that the circuits cud get fried if i did that if it wasnt completely and thoroughly dry!!!!!!. My question is...Is there ANY hope for my phone????. The steps i took were taking everything out..battery, sim card, memory card and blow drying it overnight. Unfortunately i dont have any rice in the house so im saying a silent prayer that it isnt the end of my sidekickin days..plz help!!!
