What say you in forming a tribunal of 1 outstanding individual per ethinic group who will represent its own group to come to a table comprised of the other ethnic groups all of whom will focus on issues that need to be addressed for all and one as a nation. While maintaining government that will abide by the wishes of the people, negating the need for a Senate and Congress. to Ensure that the peoples needs and concerns are met.
