Republicans: Why does Reagan telling you he'll make your "dreams come true" sound reuring, but when...?

Could be because I don't recall Reagan ever saying that he was "going to fundamentally change America".. 0bama never said he was going to make our dreams come true.....but he is making an effort to make his dreams become nightmares for the citizens of the United States.
