Is Batman a super hero?

Ppl say its the suite that makes him a hero but Batman is the suite. Bruce Wain is not the batman he is the rich guy. Batman is the suite. I think Batman is a superhero because his suite has weapons built into it. Bruce Wain is Bruce Wain but when in the suite becomes the Batman. also he goes above and beyond other hero's that rely on there powers. sure Batman's suite has weapons built in it but he has no powers. What do you think?
