I have headaches constantly??

i wake up up everyday and have a headache it gets so bad i feel like throwing up i cant stand it. i dont know why i get headaches so much i think i got it from my dad because he has headaches all the time too. and im taking pain relievers almost everyday is this bad for me? could i die from taking them everyday? i take them only when it gets really bad and its usually pretty bad everyday and i cant just lie down and it will go away becuz i cant sleep when i feel my head pounding is this bad for my health? my head is hurting as im typing this out some1 help pleease!!
