How bad for your car is it when you burn out?

I have a 1997 Camaro with a v6 engine. Every now and then I will do a short burnout (maybe once a week for 3-6 seconds?) and very rarely doughnuts just to fool around. My question is, how much more quickly will this mess up my tires? Also, how about the engine? I feel like it can't be too good when you let go of the clutch and the clutch is instantly engaged at 4000-5000 rpms. Does the engine or transmission or clutch (or some part) suffer a lot from fooling around and burning out? Thanks for any info, I'm trying to figure out how important it is for me to cut out my fooling around.
