Can't Think Of The Name Of A Cartoon From The 80's.?

It was about a group of superheroes. One of the main characters was a boy, but, he would turn into a superhero when he got in trouble, I believe some type of slime would cover him. For some reason I believe he could only do it so many times a day. He could fly, had super strength, and would sometime get into trouble with the other herores of the group because he would make some mistakes because he was a still a kid. No one knew he was a kid till halfway through the series when one finds out, and then understands why he did some of the stuff he did. Similar to Shazam.
